This sauce will make your kitchen smell wonderful and the dish is quick and very easy to make.
1 (8 ounce) package linguini pasta
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried thyme
2 cups chopped tomatoes
1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done. Drain.
2, Meanwhile, heat oil in a large saucepan. Add garlic and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Crush herbs, and add to the garlic.
3. Add linguine. Heat through, stirring frequently. Fold in tomatoes and serve.

This simple pasta/fish mixture puts a whole new spin on pasta, and will be a favorite every time you try it.
1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles
1 (6 ounce) can tuna, drained
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
1 cup frozen green peas
½ cup chopped red bell pepper
1 onion, diced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes or until al dente: drain leaving about ½ cup pf water in the pot.
2. Add tuna, soup, peas, red pepper, onion and salt and pepper to the pot of pasta.
3. Simmer until hot and serve.
